A friend gave this recipe to me so I can't take credit for it. My 2 sweet Maltese dogs LOVE these.
CRUNCHY LIVER BITES
1 pkg liver (from your regular grocery store)
1- Pulverize the Liver in a food processor.
(a good blender might work too)
2- Add some coconut flour
(you want a semi-wet/doughy texture)
3- Add about 1 TBS Coconut Oil and mix again
(you might need to add a little more coconut flour)
4- On a cookie sheet roll bits of the dough into slighly larger than pea size bites. Depending on the size of your sheet...you'll probably have over 100. You'll need to do several batches.
(if your dog is larger you can go bigger,but they may not be as "crunchy")
5-Bake for about 20-30 min (or until crunchy) at 350
Store in air tight container or Ziplock bag in refrigerator.
